gitfiscal is a financial data synchronization service that connects to your bank accounts via Plaid and syncs transaction data to your configured destinations (GitHub repositories, Notion databases, or Google Sheets).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Properly configuring destination access permissions

4. Data Access Authorization

By connecting your bank account, you authorize gitfiscal to:

Access your transaction history via Plaid (read-only)
Retrieve account information necessary for synchronization (read-only)
Write transaction data to your configured destinations

gitfiscal has read-only access to your financial data. It cannot modify your bank accounts, initiate transfers, or make payments.

5. Service Limitations

gitfiscal is NOT:

A financial advisor or tax service
Responsible for the accuracy of bank-provided transaction data
Liable for actions taken based on synced data
Guaranteeing 100% uptime or sync reliability

6. Trial and Paid Plans

Trial accounts are limited to:

30 days of transaction history
One destination
Daily sync frequency

Paid plans offer extended history, multiple destinations, and advanced features.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

gitfiscal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
